RE-CONNECTION SESSIONS are simple 50-60m group sessions held online which I like to call an opportunity to reconnect to yourself and sing without any of the ra-ra!

These are not choir sessions where you learn parts, need to have singing experience or be anything other than just you. We use breath, awareness, movement and singing to feel and enjoy your body and voice exactly as it is and then sing songs I've written that support you to stay connected with yourself.

They are gentle, profound, fun, and a beautiful way to let go of any stress from the day, have a joyful sing and set yourself up for a good sleep.

Please contact me if a different day/time would work for you: I'm happy to put on more sessions if the demand is there. If you organise a group of people who'd like the same time we can go ahead as soon as possible.

This would be amazing for my whole team! If you can see the benefit of everyone on your team having a stop moment for wellbeing in the day together, we can set up a private session. This is particularly beneficial if some or all of you are working from home - contact me to discuss.

This is a 6 week online course using the voice that will support you to wind down, let go of stress and approach bedtime with a deeper sense of wellbeing and connection to yourself.

Singing has many proven physical benefits, including respiratory and cardiac function, strengthening the immune system and lowering stress levels. But did you know that scientists have also found it can help improve your quality of sleep?

In these sessions we will explore how we can nurture our awareness and use of this wonderful, freely available tool inside - our voice - to deepen the quality of rest we have at night, in turn supporting our daily lives to be more easeful­­ and flowing. I invite you to join me for a gentle and joyful exploration into your voice and your quality of repose.

You don't need to have any experience of singing, everyone is welcome to join what will be a gentle and joyful exploration into your voice and your quality of repose.

Reconnect & Sing course - Sat 27th Jun 2020

This is a short course where we have an opportunity to explore the voice a bit further than in a Reconnection Session. We connect deeply to our bodies and then let that awareness be the foundation for opening our voices up to sing. We'll sing short, joyful songs that support with expressing naturally. It's open to absolutely anyone and will support your expression even if you don't have a particular interest in developing your singing voice. There will be a maximum of 15 participants per group.
