This is a 6 week online course using the voice that will support you to wind down, let go of stress and approach bedtime with a deeper sense of wellbeing and connection to yourself.

Singing has many proven physical benefits, including respiratory and cardiac function, strengthening the immune system and lowering stress levels. But did you know that scientists have also found it can help improve your quality of sleep?

In these sessions we will explore how we can nurture our awareness and use of this wonderful, freely available tool inside - our voice - to deepen the quality of rest we have at night, in turn supporting our daily lives to be more easeful­­ and flowing. I invite you to join me for a gentle and joyful exploration into your voice and your quality of repose.

You don't need to have any experience of singing, everyone is welcome to join what will be a gentle and joyful exploration into your voice and your quality of repose.

Reconnect & Sing course - Sat 27th Jun

This is a short course where we have an opportunity to explore the voice a bit further than in a Reconnection Session. We connect deeply to our bodies and then let that awareness be the foundation for opening our voices up to sing. We'll sing short, joyful songs that support with expressing naturally. It's open to absolutely anyone and will support your expression even if you don't have a particular interest in developing your singing voice. There will be a maximum of 15 participants per group.

Group Reconnection Sessions

Want to connect more deeply to yourself?
Have a sense there's more to life?
Feeling anxious or racy?
Find it hard to switch off at the end of the day?
Not sure how you feel?

What does it involve? Think of it as a short stop moment where you get to check in, tune up and reconnect with yourself. We’ll use a combination of simple and nourishing tools including body awareness, Gentle Breath Meditation, and the power of your voice to listen deeper. You can then take a refreshed body back to your daily life. Maximum of 20 participants, but generally we are more like 2-5.

Current Group Session Times: Tuesdays - 7pm UK / 8pm EU / 4am AEST
Please contact me if a different day/time would work for you: I'm happy to put on more sessions if the demand is there. If you organise a group of people who'd like the same time we can go ahead as soon as possible.
